Established in 2015 by Ifeanyi C. Oshun in response to the Trayvon Martin murder case, along with other innumerable murders of Black men and women of color, Black Money, Black Power was created to strengthen economic bonds between Black people and their supporters.
Now, more than ever, the tumultuous events of racial bigotry and hatred in 2020 makes this need more urgent.
We will NOT support businesses that do not truly feel #BlackLivesMatter. We DO NOT support any hate groups and/or businesses that purport sexist, discriminatory, homophobic ideologies & practices either.
Our memories are deep and our eyes sharp–businesses pretending to care about the lives of PoC or LGBTQ+ will NOT be supported by us and that’s ALL people of color!
